Ideally located between the beach and the town center, the Manor is a spacious family home, bright and peaceful. The more active guests will enjoy the ping-pong table, paddles, and kayaks. Its large southwest-facing terrace, sheltered from the wind, is perfect for convivial moments. Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find all the shops of a lively little town. The Manor can accommodate up to 12 people, with linen and end-of-stay cleaning included.
This charming 19th-century manor offers a perfect balance between the tranquility of a seaside stay and the charm of a vibrant Breton town. Surrounded by a landscaped and wooded garden, the property is located in a peaceful environment, just a few steps from the town center. Le Four à Chaux is a haven of calm and serenity.
The GR34 hiking trail, which runs along the granite wall of the property, will take you in just a few steps to the Tossen seawater pool (supervised in summer) or, for hiking enthusiasts, to the Abbey of Beauport and the Cliff Circuit.
The Manor comfortably accommodates 12 people. Each room offers a view of the sea or garden. Three shower rooms and four toilets ensure privacy for all guests. The living room, with its stunning view of the entrance to the port of Paimpol, allows you to observe the movements of sailboats, fishing boats, and old rigs.
For fitness, a gym is available before heading to the beach, which is directly accessible via a small door from the manor. Also, enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards provided for sea activities. The large 50 m² terrace, facing southwest and sheltered from the wind, is ideal for aperitifs or barbecues with family or friends.
All cultural and leisure activities are within walking distance: the "Mardis du port" concerts, the Fête des Chants de Marins every two years in August, the maritime museum, the market, Art & Essay cinema, the skatepark, sea outings, and visits to Bréhat Island. The Manor is just a few minutes' walk from all these attractions.
The Paimpol train station is less than 15 minutes on foot.
The secure access through a remote-controlled gate allows parking for up to six vehicles on the property. The rate includes linens (beds made, towels, dish towels) and end-of-stay cleaning.

Due to its peaceful and central location, the Manoir du Four à Chaux is not suitable for parties or noisy gatherings. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Summary: We were a family group of 14 aging from 3yrs to my dad of 88yrs. There was something for everyone to make it a memorable holiday. The property is amazing safe and secure. Summary: We had a wonderful experience at this home with our family while on holiday. We had our 7 and 5 year old grand daughters who truly enjoyed outdoor activities the house had to offer. The private yard features a giant trampoline, and access to the marina. There are several kayaks and stand up paddle boards; we would go out daily on the beach with amazing views of Paimpol. The house is beautiful and we took advantage of the patio for sunset dining outside. There are so many rooms we had 7 of us in the family and still some extra beds to spare. The restaurants are walking distance so you can have crepes or fresh seafood at the market and much more. We definitely highly recommend this property!

Summary: What a wonderful holiday home in Paimpol, Brittany. We were a party of 11 and what a great time we had. The house was in an ideal location, a very short walk into town with it’s varied bars, restaurants and shops. The house was perfect for us, right near a beach and lovely to watch the boats on the water. There was plenty of room inside the house for our party and we ate in most evenings, enjoying local cheeses, pate & red wine and also had couple of barbecues. The rooms were nicely decorated & beds very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to come to Le Petit Mansion for the location and beautiful house - what’s not to like!!!

Summary: A great place for an extended family holiday. We had ages ranging from 14 months to pensioners and all had a brilliant time. This spacious property was well equipped inside and out and we wanted for nothing. Although only a short distance from the town and harbour it was in a quiet location. The safe beach being on our doorstep was perfect with young children. The bay, also, gave ideal conditions for kayaking and paddle boarding even for novices. A week was far too short :)

Summary: Our family of six adults and 5 grandchildren from 4 month to 7 years had plenty of space and many more bedrooms which we did not use because some family members we had planned for could not make this trip. Le Petit Manoir is very well configured and laid out and occupies a superb position right next to a lovely port, a beach and is actually right in Paimpol, a very interesting town with good restaurants, shops and a lively market. We all felt very safe and most comfortably staying at Le Petit Manoir, whose owner was very friendly and helpful. The towns and villages around Paimpol provide many attractions for sightseeing and of course they all have their markets. We hope to return to Paimpol sometime soon.

Summary: Overall a lovely place to stay. We are a family of 6 (including grandparents) and had a great time here. Even grandad experimented in the gym! We loved being so close to all the amenities of Paimpol with it's beaches, restaurants, shops and market. We were lucky to stay during the the festival and especially enjoyed the chilled vibe during those few days. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed.
